Large description:

We require experienced support workers for full time and part time positions in Cheadle, Stockport.
The role involves working with young adults with autism, challenging behaviour and other complex health needs. Candidates with full driving license are preferred for this role as the individuals supported have the use of a vehicle.
Ad Hoc shifts and short term contracts available. (Days, Nights and Weekends)

Duties will include;
Personal Care
Assisting with daily living activities
Promoting independence
Assisting with activities
Residential day trips
Escorts on medical and social appointements


Previous experience required.
