Large description:

As an ASD Link Worker, you will work with the clinical and multi – disciplinary teams to provide high quality services to patients across Manchester,Preston and Rochdale. You will be required to provide a standard of care to patients, under the supervision of the ASD Practitioner and the Nurse Practitioner in accordance with the CQC standards of care policies and procedures. You will ensure a healthy, safe and hygienic therapeutic environment for patients at all times. You must be able to confidently demonstrate and apply in your work to your patients the Patients Charter, Human Rights and the Mental Health Act and show how this underpins your delivery of care.

This job requires 24 / 7 care for our patients, so you will be required to work a shift pattern covering day and night shifts for 37.5 hours per week, over 7 days a week.
The hourly rate is £7.84 per hour during probation as a Trainee ASD Link Worker, rising to £8.74 per hour

Previous experience at this level is required.
Driver preferred however not essential.
