Floating/Tenancy/Project Support work, as the title implies, involves working directly with people of all ages and backgrounds. As well as being involved in communities in a general sense, community support work can involve more involved work with social work areas such as Mental Health, Youth Offending, Probation, Homelessness, Leaving Car, Families and Learning Disabilities.
