An exciting role has arrisen for an Area Housing Manager to work within one of the uk's largest housing organisation on a permanent basis.
The role offers a salary of £26,000 - £32,000, pension, 25days holiday, good sickness package, car mileage of 0.40p.
The role requires you to have a car as you will be visiting 4 different locations a month. The locations will be Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. You will be required to visit each site once a month. You will be based in the location nearest to where you reside. You must have experience of managing people and ideally have an understanding/knowledge of elderly services/sheltered housing. Should you be successful you will be expected to undergo a full enhanced CRB check with the client.
