We require an experienced and motivated individual to supervise and lead a staff team. You must have an understanding of our person-centred values and the
ability to communicate effectively with service users, families and partner agencies. You must be hard working and have high standards in order to be a role model for
your staff. You should possess a relevant qualification (RMN, DipSW, NVQ 4 etc) or significant supervisory experience. All staff are subject to enhanced CRB disclosure checks.
