You will lead a team to provide a high quality supported living service which maximises quality of life and individual potential. You must be a competent
practitioner with the ability to coach staff & model good practice. You will be highly skilled in devising and implementing person-centred plans, activity programmes,
communication techniques & positive behavioural approaches. You will have gained supervisory experience within learning disability/autism specific services and you will have an appropriate qualification (eg RNLD, NVQ 4, DipSW, BA SW).
The ability to work effectively with families is essential. Car driver/owner essential.
