Large description:

I am looking to recruit an experienced Support Worker to provide support to a case load of clients within their own homes.

The purpose of this role is to offer person centred support to those clients at risk of becoming homeless. You will achieve this by assisting clients sustain their tenancy agreements. Duties will include;

• Offering housing advice
• Assist with the debt management and rent arrears
• Offering budgeting and welfare advice
• Practical and emotional support
• Assisting client access training, education or employment
• Assisting clients access local services
• Linking clients with specialist support services

For those of severe threat of becoming evicted due to ASB or high rent arears etc, you will assist those individuals, couples or families register for alternative housing.

Essential Criteria

Previous support experience at a level where by you will have written support plans, conducted risk assessments, offered all advice as outlined above, have a recent CRB and be a car driver with own transport.
