Large description:

A temporary Housing Assistant is required in the Lancashire and Greater Manchester areas, for an immediate start (before Christmas) for a period of 6-8 weeks.

This is a full time role, working 37 hours, with potential to go temp to perm.

The role is primarily office based, and will be to assist the Housing Officer in areas such as low level rent arrears, dealing with tenant enquiries and administering the lettings process.

To apply you should have previous experience within the social housing sector, be able to start immediately and have Strong administrative and customer service skills. Access to a vehicle is preferred.
