This intensive role will involve managing a caseload of around 80 cases, some of which are quite high level. Duties will include obtaining injunctions and interim orders at court level, possession proceedings, taking and preparing witness statements for court, issuing Anti Social Behaviour Orders (ASBOs), partnership and multiagency working, obtaining Dispersal Orders and Acceptable Behaviour Agreements, obtaining undertakings at court etc.

To apply for this position, you MUST have proven experience of reducing ASB and resolving outstanding cases. Candidates need good knowledge of the relevant legislation, alongside the ability to write reports clearly and coherently, and you must be able to develop strong links with various external agencies.
