We are looking to recruit and experienced Family Support Worker for one of our many clients.

Duties include supporting Social Workers on a looked after team in ensuring children who are looked after have their needs met. Duties include supervising children/young people having contact with their parents/families

The ideal candidate must have experience of work with children and their families, preferably in a social care setting, and who is willing to work in to the evenings.

Applicants must have experience in a Health and Social Care Setting.
