To provide generic social care and housing advice to young people aged 15-19.

Large description:

My client works in partnership with various local authorities and provides accommodation and support for leaving care young people upto and including the age of 19. Your role will be to offer practical and emotional support, teach life skills, offer housing, welfare and budgeting skills to a case load of clients in their own homes. The successful applicant will hold a NVQ3 in children or young people or equivalent. Car driver essential. 10-35 hours per week. My client can be flexible in terms of working patterns. On call duties required on a rota basis.

Locations:  Manchester, Preston, Blackpool, Tameside and Liverpool
Salary: £9.00 per hour, plus mileage paid at 0.40pm per mile
On call allowance: £100 per week
