A well-established housing provider in the Merseyside area are currently looking to recruit an experienced Housing Assistant to work within their area housing team on a temporary assignment. Approximately for 6 months. Day-to-day duties: - Be the first point of contact - face to face - High volume housing queries - Taking repair orders and chasing contractors for outstanding works - Assisting housing officers with estate duties - Advising on low level rent arrears and tenancy management - General administration The successful candidate must have previous housing experience, be personable and organised with good I.T. skills. Customer service experience is essential for the role.

The ideal applicant will be a car driver however this in not essential.
