Care Coordinator

Location Merseyside

To cover Mat leave for approx 9 months

37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday and 1 weekend on call

To provide supervisory, professional and administrative support to the Care Manager and to assist the Care Manager in the operational management of the team, ensuring the effective delivery of service and efficient use of resources.

To develop, establish, foster and promote Staff knowledge of the Statutory rules and Regulations and Voluntary codes which govern the work of Domiciliary Care Agencies, with regard to providing support and care to vulnerable adults.
